LASER SCANNING TECHNOLOGY AND 3D DESIGN

Vulcain's expertise is not limited to the manufacture and installation of industrial cladding.

Following management's strategic decision to add an experienced and imaginative design team, the vast majority of our projects are now designed in three dimensions, using state-of-the-art software.


This design method surpasses all other more traditional drawing methods in terms of precision and speed. It allows us to visualize every detail of the building, as well as the interaction between panels and balconies, doors and windows. Risks such as positioning, measuring and design errors are virtually eliminated from the equation. The time required to manufacture the panels is reduced to a minimum, and installation is facilitated by the fact that all panels fit perfectly together.
